By playing JACE.GAMES — at jace.games or in the native apps once released — you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain language.

The service

JACE.GAMES is provided free, for entertainment. Games, features, and leaderboards may change, pause, or be removed at any time. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or bug-free.

Acceptable use

• Don't pick a display name that is hateful, harassing, or obscene. Names are filtered against a blocked-words list, shown publicly on leaderboards, and may be renamed or removed by us.
• Don't cheat, tamper with the client or network traffic, script or automate play, or try to falsify leaderboard scores. Scores are validated server-side; entries we believe are fake will be removed and the device may be blocked.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the servers or other players' sessions.
• Use the feedback form for genuine bug reports and suggestions.

Your content

The only things you contribute are a display name and any feedback messages you send. You confirm you have the right to submit them, and you grant us permission to store and display the display name on public leaderboards and to read and act on feedback.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Since the service is free, any direct liability is limited accordingly.

Advertising

There is no advertising today. If ads are introduced (most likely in the native apps), we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy first, and the app-store listings will disclose it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
